Complaints Process

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Fooljerry Heating & Air to get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you contacted Fooljerry Heating & Air
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

When the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start with the provider. Keep a written record of what you say and what they say.

We still want to hear about it. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of our standards may be removed. Please know that Fooljerry Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, give refunds for a provider's work, or decide things for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@fooljerry.property. Please include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you want us to do

What Happens Next

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may mean we contact the provider. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

You can reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state consumer protection office, your state attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For trouble with an HVAC contractor, your state contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
